I think that I`m going to write this topic once a month, because I have received many questions and positive commentary to pictures of my breakfast on my Facebook page (Fashion Disorder).
So there are seven days in my week full of bites I enjoy in. I try to eat rich and healthy breakfast that will give me energy for the whole day.

sandwich with cheese, cucumbers, carrots and pumpkin seeds on whole-wheat bread and soy chocolate milk
|Cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, carrots and toast - coffee with the addition of soy milk|
|Pancakes of whole wheat flour with cocoa, cinnamon, coconut and oatmeal filled with nutella/ mango and banana/ cranberry tea|
|Pie with dried fruit, dark chocolate, nuts and cinnamon / apple / home-made apple juice and coffee|
|oat cereals with dried apricots, fruit yogurt and sweet cream and coffee|
|omelette with leek and pumpkin seeds, wholemeal bread, red orange and home-made orange juice|
